3D portrait of Carl Rinsch, a commissioned piece to recreate the 1972 pioneer plaque. The original idea was for the pioneer 10 and 11 spacecraft to carry a plaque with a message from mankind in hopes that it is intercepted by intelligent extraterrestrial life. This recreation is to broaden that message with newer insight to humanity using digital technology and art.
